A scoop here, a refill there, and a container that loses its freshness by the week. Whether it is coffee, supplements, a snack portion, or spices, the gear we all use was never built to weigh, seal, and travel at the same time.
You never really know how much you have.
Eyeballing a portion means you over-pour, run short, or lose track between refills. A scoop is a guess. A reading is a measurement.

We put a precision scale in the base of an airtight container, then shrank the whole thing to fit a cup holder. Fill it with whatever you are measuring, watch the weight land to the hundredth of a gram, twist the lid closed, and go. The display auto-zeros as you pour, so every portion starts from a clean zero, with no button to press.

Why we built it
It started with a messy drawer and a cheap scale.
Every setup we owned did exactly one job. The scale lived in a drawer and never came with us. The "airtight" jar smelled like its contents from across the room. The portable option was a plastic bag that crushed everything and sealed nothing.
So we combined them. Seal Scale weighs to the milligram, seals like it means it, and fits the one empty spot every car already has. We named it after the animal that does those two things better than anyone: it seals tight, and it never spills.
Now we are bringing it to Kickstarter, so early backers can help fund the first production run and lock in the best price the product will ever have.
